Deleting your data on UCanDo means removing all personal information, tasks, goals, progress, and any stored content permanently. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your important data before proceeding.

2. How to Delete Your Data

A. Deleting Your Account from the Dashboard

If you want to remove your account and all associated data, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your UCanDo account.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account Preferences.
3. Select Delete Account or Request Data Deletion.
4. Confirm your request by following the on-screen instructions.
5. A verification process may be required to ensure the request is genuine.
6. Once confirmed, your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

B. Requesting Data Deletion via Support

If you’re unable to delete your account manually, you can contact our support team:

• Email us at support@ucando.it with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
• Include your registered phone number and any necessary verification details.
• Our team will process your request within 7 business days and confirm the deletion via email or WhatsApp.

3. What Happens After Data Deletion?

• Your profile, goals, tasks, and saved data will be permanently removed from our systems.
• Any shared content may still be available to other users unless deleted before requesting account deletion.
• Backup copies may exist for a limited time due to security and legal compliance, but they will be erased according to our retention policies.

4. Can You Reactivate Your Account?

No. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. If you wish to use UCanDo again, you’ll need to create a new account.
